What do I do?
The short answer? A lot.
The slightly longer answer, I look at businesses holistically and define strategies that will deliver the most profitable growth, fast. I’ve built marketing and eCommerce capabilities and departments from the ground up, launched new brands, rebranded established brands, led product development, spearheaded company-wide technology and process optimization projects, and more. I am a passionate leader, both hands-on and strategic, who loves wearing many hats and collaborating with uber smart people.
From P&L management, forecasting, to strategic planning, I fuel growth in creative ways using the evolving buying habits of consumers and B2B customers, data, and market trends to guide me.

Online and offline merchandising, I craft compelling product stories that turn even the most complex features into personalized buyer benefits aligned with where they are in the buyer journey and entice them to engage and convert. I’ve also led product development and management and have manufacturing experience.

Content is king, but even more so, context is king. I create multi-format content that educates, entertains, and drives action, improves CLV/utilization, and loyalty.

Data-driven website development and optimization with the KPI framework to measure success utilizing the latest analytics tools to analyze visitor behavior and create simplified buyer journeys. On and off page SEO, paid and organic traffic drivers, conversion analysis and improvement, AOV lift strategies, lead collection and nurturing, re-targeting, CLV analysis and optimization.
